Privacy Policy

TRANSPARENCY // SOVEREIGNTY // DATA MINIMIZATION

At Solatify, we engineer our protocol around the core principles of user sovereignty, cryptographic security, and extreme data minimization. This Privacy Policy outlines our strict non-custodial operations and how we handle the minimal data necessary to provide industrial-grade access to the Solana blockchain. We operate under a 'Zero Data Collection' mandate for all personally identifiable information (PII).

1. Zero Personal Data Collection Policy

Solatify is a purely non-custodial, decentralized software interface. We do not require, collect, store, process, or transmit any Personally Identifiable Information (PII) such as your name, email address, physical address, or phone number. Furthermore, Solatify does not collect or store your private keys, seed phrases, or wallet passwords. All cryptographic operations—including transaction signing, wallet connection, and ephemeral burner wallet generation—occur strictly within the local execution environment of your browser.

2. On-Chain Data & Public Ledger Transparency

By interacting with the Solatify platform and connecting your Solana wallet, you acknowledge that the Solana blockchain is a public, immutable, and decentralized ledger. Any transaction you authorize through our interface will be permanently recorded on-chain. This includes, but is not limited to, your public wallet address, transaction amounts, token metadata, minted assets, and historical interactions. Solatify has no control over this public data, cannot modify or delete it, and is not responsible for any privacy implications arising from your use of public blockchain networks.

3. Local Browser Storage & Ephemeral State

To provide a seamless, high-velocity user experience, Solatify utilizes browser-based local storage (e.g., `localStorage`, `sessionStorage`, and IndexedDB) exclusively to maintain transient session states. This includes caching draft configurations, maintaining dark/light mode preferences, and storing the encrypted state of temporary 'Burner' wallets during automated pipeline executions. This data never leaves your device and is never transmitted to our servers. We strictly prohibit the use of tracking cookies, cross-site trackers, or third-party analytics scripts that could compromise your operational privacy.

4. Third-Party Infrastructure Providers

Solatify acts as an aggregator of decentralized infrastructure. To facilitate high-speed ledger queries and transaction broadcasting, our application routes requests through third-party Remote Procedure Call (RPC) nodes (such as Helius, QuickNode, or Triton) and permanent storage networks (such as Arweave via Irys). While Solatify does not transmit PII to these providers, interacting with these nodes inherently exposes your public IP address and the public transaction payload to them. We select our infrastructure partners based on their commitment to privacy and performance, but we encourage you to review their respective privacy policies.

5. Policy Modifications

We reserve the right to update this Privacy Policy at any time to reflect changes in our protocol architecture or regulatory requirements. Any modifications will be deployed directly to this page. Continued use of the Solatify interface following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy. Due to our zero-data collection architecture, we cannot notify users of changes via email; we advise checking this page periodically.
